Context / Function:
APEO srl is a spin-off of Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, University of Liège, specializing in the development and marketing of plant protection products based on essential oils. As part of our herbicide research projects, we are seeking a Development and Experimentation Coordinator to join our team in Gembloux.
Mission:
- Development and coordination of field trial plans for prototype formulations resulting from R&D, linking greenhouse and field trials, support for formulation R&D plans
- Managing contacts with partners for testing, equipment and materials
- Collaboration with research teams, the Scientific Director, and the business development team
- Harmonization of product development methodologies
- Monitoring of deadlines, budgets and quality of deliverables
- Participation in the development of new projects.
Profile sought:
- Formation: Master’s degree in Bioengineering, Master’s degree in Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, etc.) or Industrial Engineering
- Experience: Management of multi-year experimental plans (lab, greenhouse, open field) and project management
- Skillslinguistics: French and English
- Competence: Understanding end-user needs, project management, team coordination.
